هذا الفيصل نت لتحميل الملفات اتفاق الخدمات ( "الاتفاق") وصفا للاحكام والشروط التي الفيصل نت لتحميل الملفات ( "نحن") وتقديم الخدمات لكم ( "المستخدم"). عن طريق استخدام الخدمات ، يوافق المستخدم على الالتزام بالشروط التالية :

المستخدمين يجب ان يوافق على الامتثال لجميع القوانين التى تنطبق على موقعها ، بما فيها حقوق الطبع والنشر وقوانين العلامات التجارية. الصور ، والفيديو والملفات التي تنتهك حقوق التأليف والنشر أو العلامات التجارية غير مسموح بها. فإذا كان شخص ما قد وضع ملف متعديا على مطالبة ضد لكم ، سوف يطلب منك لإزالة ملف حقوق الطبع والنشر لحين حل هذه المساله. واذا كان هناك نزاع بين المشاركين على هذا الموقع ، الفيصل نت لتحميل الملفات ليس عليها اي التزام على المشاركة.
الفيصل نت لتحميل الملفات ليست مسؤولة عن الصور واشرطه الفيديو او ملفات او اي فقدت الاعمال التجارية ، نتيجة لعدم توافر او فقدان للموقع. ليس لدينا اية مطالبات من موثوقيه في خدمة المستقبل ، او استضافة لتخزين الصور واشرطه الفيديو او ملفات.
الفيصل نت لتحميل الملفات ملتزمة للتعاون مع أي وجميع السلطات القانونية في اجراء تحقيق اذا كان ينبغي ان تنشأ.
